This Privacy Policy explains how Elevate Solutions LLC ("Elevate," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Elevate Heating & Cooling, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Elevate Home App and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account and contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and home or service address (including city, state, and ZIP code).
  • Reservation / preorder information: when you reserve early access, we collect the contact and address details above to set up your account and process your reservation.
  • Comfort profile: optional lifestyle and preference details you choose to enter, such as preferred temperature and humidity, age group, and activity level, used to personalize your home comfort recommendations.
  • Health-related information: if you choose to create a health or sensitivity profile, you may provide information about household health conditions or environmental sensitivities (for example, asthma, allergies, COPD, or similar). You provide this voluntarily so we can tailor air-quality and comfort guidance. We treat this information as sensitive and restrict access to it.
  • HVAC system details: technical information about your heating and cooling equipment that you or our technicians enter, such as system specifications and performance measurements.
  • Messages and support requests: the content of in-app chat conversations and any feedback or support requests you submit.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and device data: basic technical information needed to operate and secure the App, such as log data and session information.

Information from service visits:

When our technicians service your home, related service records, appointment details, and equipment data may be associated with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and process early-access reservations.
  • To provide the App's core features, including real-time system insights, comfort profiles, and personalized recommendations.
  • To process payments for reservations and services.
  • To create and maintain your customer record so we can schedule and deliver HVAC service.
  • To communicate with you about your account, reservations, appointments, and service updates.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the App and our business, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

  • Payment processing: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details are entered with and handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Customer and service management: your name, email, phone, and address are added to our service-management platform, Housecall Pro, so we can maintain your customer record and schedule HVAC service. Housecall Pro does not process your payments.
  • Cloud infrastructure: our data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure providers (including Supabase for our database and Vercel for hosting) that store and process data on our behalf.
  • Workflow automation: we use automation tooling (such as Zapier) to pass reservation details between the systems above.
  • AI assistant features: when you use in-app chat or AI-assisted features, your message content (along with limited account context such as your name, email, and membership tier) is processed by our AI provider to generate responses.
  • Email communications: we use an email delivery provider (Resend) to send account, support, and feedback-related messages.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elevate, our customers, or others.

4. How We Protect Your Information

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
  • Access to your personal information is restricted using database-level security controls, so your records are not publicly accessible and are limited to your own account and authorized Elevate staff.
  • Sensitive information, including any health-related profile data, is access-restricted to authorized personnel for the purpose of providing your service.
  • Administrative access to customer data is role-based and limited to authorized Elevate team members.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we purge your personal and health data from our database. Information already shared with our service providers (such as Stripe, Housecall Pro, our AI provider, and our email provider) may be retained by them under their own policies and applicable law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and correction: you can view and update much of your account and profile information directly in the App.
  • Data export: you can download a copy of your data from Settings within the App.
  • Deletion: you may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your personal information, reservation records, and any health profile from our database. You may also request deletion by contacting us using the details below.
  • Communications: you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
